The 3 Step Safe Keepers Home Inventory Process

	In preparation for the inventory it is not necessary to clean and organize your entire home and all your belongings! The manual inventory tracking usually takes between 2 1/2 and 3 hours if you have a typical 1,800 SF home Just make sure: 1. We can access and photograph all your important items. 2. Someone is available to answer questions and provide descriptions of items that are heirlooms or special gifts. 3. If you have a value for an item, we enter that value in your inventory.
	Photograph -- we take pictures of the outside and each room of the inside of your house. We will also take individual pictures of items that are important to you. We will open drawers and photograph the contents if requested. We will photograph all the items in garages and outbuildings as well!
	Document -- we will record a description of each item and add a value for that item. This is especially important for your heirlooms and collectables!
	Record -- following the on-site inventory, we will record the entire inventory including photos, descriptions, and values in a printed inventory book and on a CD ROM. For best protection, we suggest you store the printed copy of the inventory in your house and store the CD ROM at a relative's or in your safe deposit box.
